Our private meeting rooms at the Old Bank Hotel in Oxford provide stylish, modern, luxury conference and private dining facilities with a collection of contemporary art. The Gallery, our largest events space, offers full conference facilities and can be transformed from a business meeting room into a striking venue for private events. For smaller meetings or interviews, the Boardroom offers full conference facilities and the Interview room accommodates up to four people. The beautifully appointed Red Room continues the contemporary styling of Quod with stone floors, natural daylight, air conditioning and stunning artwork. With the convenience of complimentary parking, the Old Bank is the perfect Oxford city centre location for business meetings or private events.

At the Old Parsonage, the Pike Room provides the ideal year round venue for business meetings for up to 16 people. With its country house feel it is far away from the traditional boardroom. The stone fireplace and shelves adorned with literature are an extension of the Bloomsbury club like atmosphere of the restaurant and bar. The stunning terrace provides the ideal place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine or cocktail after your long day.

Gee’s restaurant provides a unique venue for your business event. This Grade II listed conservatory can be hired exclusively and is ideal for large presentations, launches or events. Seating up to 85 people the light and airy restaurant which is adorned with art by Gary Hume can be transformed from a restaurant into a spectacular meeting venue.
