For many years Jazz has been part of the offering in our restaurants. We have been lucky enough to secure world class performers and vocalists and this has led to a loyal following in Oxford. Top jazz instrumentalists from all over the country create a superb ambiance, on the terrace in summer and in the bar in winter. There is no charge for the jazz but we do advise you to book in advance at Gee’s and the Old Parsonage.
Enjoy our early supper menu at £14.95 for two courses on Wednesday nights at the Old Parsonage. The jazz trio play in the bar while in the summer they move to the terrace. This is a particularly busy evening and booking is a must. Alternatively book a jazz package and stay overnight in the hotel and after a superb jazz dinner you don’t have far to go.
Jazz on Sundays at Quod and Gee’s has become a local institution with many people moving from one to another. The jazz starts at 5pm at Quod and is the perfect way to end lunch or start your evening. By 7.30pm the jazz has moved to Gee’s where we offer a set jazz menu at £23.95. With vocals at Gee’s a sublime, romantic and sophisticated atmosphere is created and is one of the busiest nights of the week so we advise you to book in advance.
